1. Introduction

Welcome to Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry. By accessing or using this website and booking services through it, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before booking any services or using the website.

2. Services

Naomi Sara provides makeup artistry services, including but not limited to beauty, editorial, special effects, and wedding makeup. The details, pricing, and availability of these services are subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.
• Full payment must be made prior to the service being provided, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment methods accepted include [add payment methods, e.g., cash, bank transfer, PayPal].
• Any additional charges, such as travel fees, will be communicated prior to the booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full payment being due.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for communicating any skin sensitivities, allergies, or specific makeup preferences prior to the appointment.
• Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry is not liable for any adverse reactions to the makeup products used if the client fails to disclose relevant information.

6. Use of Products

Naomi Sara uses top-quality professional products to ensure the best results. However, if a client requests the use of their own makeup products, Naomi Sara is not responsible for any reactions or results from those products.

7. Portfolio and Media Release

By booking with Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry, you agree to allow images of your makeup application to be used in Naomi Sara’s portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Liability

Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or the services provided, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with the services, or any third-party interference.

10. Changes to Terms

Naomi Sara Makeup Artistry reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law
